Tin nodded, moving to the pile. He started picking up some items to help Ratt move them. Honestly he wouldn't be able to find the treasure in here again, no matter how many times he tried. Besides, he would be too busy--not to mention he didn't want to ruin the trust Ratt had in him.

Ratt also gathered an armfull, then she croutched low and led the way back into the maze that was her nest, and guided him along to a bigger room. On the way, they passed a room that was filled with blankets, where her ratlings were curled up, sleeping soundly.

Tin followed her, only glancing a few times at the ratlings as they moved the items. It took a while, as they had to take several trips back and forth. Ratt had definitely collected a lot of things over the years. "Wow, this is really a lot of stuff," he said, looking at the pile they still had to move, despite the fact it was slowly getting smaller.

Ratt smiled."Well, have you found anything you like yet?" She asked, gathering up another armful of treasure. She dropped to all fours and led the way back to the new opening, then led him into the room with her ratlings once they had deposited that stack of treasure."Oh, and meet my family. Aren`t they adorible?"She asked, indicating the sleeping ratlings, whose colors ranged from pure white to black, and some were speckled or striped or a combination of both and having both black and white. A few were even a soft gold color or a ruddy red, and spots or stripes, or both, of those colors appeared on some of them."Their father was a white and gold rat spirit. he was both striped and spotted, I, of course, am a solid, and a black."

Tin shook his head. "It's fine really. I don't need anything else. Otherwise I won't have a place to hide it," he said, smiling at Ratt. He followed her to her ratlings after they desposited the last of the large pile. Looking at the little ratlings he smiled. They were incredibly cute, even for a male to say so. He had never seen things so little... At least besides the soot spirits. "They're beautiful, Ratt," he said, looking at her and then to the babies once more.
